TempsPerdu takes on the form of a vision of future times. It is a sensual and poetic performance by two senior artists, based on the yearning for “adulthood”. Mayka Heessels and Paulo Duijker have more than half a century of circus experience, in an active life filled with misadventures. In TempsPerdu, through slow movements they display their visual memory, towards a single and tender conclusion: time passes, but love doesn’t!
