From 23 to 25 May, Santa Maria da Feira will be opening itself to the Imaginarius World, providing the thousands of visitors expected at the 19th International Street Theatre Festival – Imaginarius with a complete and differentiated range of experiences. In addition to the intense programme of the festival itself, with shows taking place all over the public space of the city’s historic centre, the offer also includes Imaginarius Flavours and the Imaginarius Market.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Regarding gastronomy as a form of artistic expression, the festival dedicates an area of its venue to a Street Food zone, in complement to the restaurants of the historic Centre that at this time of year provide original Imaginarius Menus, thus embracing the concept of this International Street Theatre Festival.<\/p>\n

With a privileged location in the heart of Imaginarius, in Rossio, this food area aims to give space to gastronomic creativity, through the various vehicles with an alternative and urban food offer, interacting with the artistic and creative concepts of the festival and meeting the demands of our visitors.<\/p>\n

There are eight operators selected for the Flavors Imaginarius’19: Do\u00e7ura de Pipoca, Festa na Lambreta, P\u00e9 na Horta, Sabores da Rua, Serrano Presuntos, Snakies, Street Love, Z\u00e9 da Tripa. The offer is varied; the hard part is choosing.<\/p>\n

Imaginarius Flavours is open on 23 May between 7pm and midnight, and on 24 and 25 May, between 2pm and 1am.
\nAs for the Municipal Market, on 24 and 25 May between 2pm and midnight it will host Feirinha pela Noitinha – Imaginarius Market, which is the result of a partnership between the Santa Maria da Feira Municipality and Casa dos Choupos.<\/p>\n

The venue will host 15 exhibitors with author’s jewellery, illustration, books and notebooks, cosmetics, ceramics, and guitars produced with cigar boxes, among other articles. Also worth mentioning is the participation of the \u00d3linda brand (social innovation design), created and developed by project Direitos e Desafios 3G and ADRITEM – Associa\u00e7\u00e3o de Desenvolvimento Integrado das Terras de Santa Maria, which results in the creation of new products in workshops for learning traditional crafts with top designers, as well as the Collaborative Store that brings together a group of artisans from the municipality of Santa Maria da Feira.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
