CREATION SUPPORT

mEZa transforms an everyday object into a device for movement, encounter and sharing. A moving table travels through public space and invites small groups to sit down, journey together and take part in an ephemeral micro-ritual shaped by simple gestures, humour and proximity. There is no fixed destination, only route, presence and relationship.

Inspired by the symbolic idea of passage (of the year), the project evokes the notion of transition without depending on a specific date. The table advances slowly through public space, crossing streets, sounds and gazes, creating moments of unlikely togetherness. The audience does not watch, it becomes involved. The experience unfolds in the present moment, between mechanical ingenuity, improvised festivity and a self-aware “stupidity” embraced as language.

Between celebration and movement, mEZa affirms public space as a place of sensitive and collective encounter. A light and irreverent gesture that turns crossing into a shared experience and reminds us that imagining the future also involves creating small, temporary communities, brief yet intensely alive.
