The game begins with the promise of the extraordinary, but soon shifts into a more unstable territory, where nothing unfolds exactly as expected. Between humour, illusion and physical presence, a figure emerges who invites laughter while also demanding attention, guiding the audience through a succession of detours, tricks and small surprises that never settle into a single reading.

Within this hybrid universe, disciplines intersect without hierarchy. Clowning contaminates magic, juggling disrupts logic, humour appears when least expected. Technique is evident, but never dominant, it is always at the service of play and of the relationship with those watching. Physicality plays a central role here, precise and expressive, capable of sustaining apparent error, exaggeration and pause as integral parts of the dramaturgy.

The performance is built through continuous dialogue with the audience, grounded in respect, listening and shared laughter. The Amazing Lebart affirms humour as a light form of resistance, a way of occupying common space with imagination, surprise and a contagious energy that transforms the encounter into a collective moment.
