Starting from the artistic practice of Desvio Coletivo, this meeting proposes a reflection on the city as material for creation, conflict and possibility. The conversation traverses the processes of the Brazilian collective, their interventions in public space and the ways in which art can reveal, tension and reconfigure social, political and symbolic relationships inscribed in the urban territory. A moment to think of public space not as a backdrop, but as an active field of dispute, presence and artistic transformation.
