There are gestures that fail and yet persist. In 99 Grammi, two performers expose themselves to instability as a permanent condition, rejecting the idea of success as absolute control. What falls, what slips away, what repeats itself imperfectly becomes the driving force of relationship, humour and presence. Starting from juggling, the performance shifts the gaze from virtuosity to what is usually concealed.

Falling ceases to be an accident and becomes an event. Error, far from interrupting, reveals attention, adaptation and mutual listening. The bodies construct provisional images of themselves and of the relationship that connects them, always in transformation, always in need of adjustment. Within this game of attempts, 99 Grammi affirms fragility as an active force. There are no fixed characters or stable roles, only a constant negotiation with the unforeseen, with the other and with the present. Laughter emerges as a shared recognition of this unstable condition, where failing is not a deviation, but part of the path.

Without seeking to correct or disguise error, the work embraces it as language. A simple and rigorous gesture that makes risk a habitable place and imperfection a way of being, opening space to imagine less controlled futures and greater attentiveness to what unfolds between falls.
