
Portuguese-Iranian visual artist, performer and artistic educator.
Rebecca Moradalizadeh(1989, London) is a Portuguese-Iranian visual artist, performer and art educator who lives and works in Porto.
She is currently pursuing a PhD in Visual Arts at the Faculty of Fine Arts of the University of Porto, with a scholarship from the FCT.
She holds a master’s degree in Artistic Studies and a degree in Visual Arts – Multimedia from the same institution.
Her artistic practice, which involves performance, video art, photography and gastronomy, focuses on issues of identity, territory, (post)migration, displacement, gender, archive and memory, reflecting, above all, on her place of belonging.
