Sabores Imaginarius

Because Santa Maria da Feira is a UNESCO Creative City of Gastronomy, art will also be served at the table of various local restaurants during Imaginarius.

Imaginarius once again challenged local restaurants to a crossroads of flavours, by favouring Imaginarius menus that are based on seasonal endogenous products and reveal their creativity in cooking and serving.

There are five official Sabores Imaginarius restaurants that, between 25 and 28 May, will be the “ambassadors” of creative, urban and gourmet cuisine designed specifically for the festival.

A Botica de Baco – Santa Maria da Feira

Warm starter: “From Mayor to Beggar” | Cheese fondue with sweet regueifa and light apple and pumpkin jam;

Main course: “The Miraculous Source” | Black and white pasta of clams with bream with coriander;

Dessert: “The Beauty of Lia” | Fogaça pudding, tangerine ice cream, kiwi sponge, red fruits and lemon soft eggs.

Déjà Vu – Santa Maria da Feira

Warm starter: Fogaça stuffed with local sausages;

Main course: Grilled veal steak on a bed of fogaça au gratin with local cheese and ham, served with sautéed vegetables;

Dessert: Kiwi and honey cheesecake with a fogaça and chocolate base.
