There are places that carry temporal layers of conflict and expectation. ANOIS settles into these interstices, working with the present as an unstable territory where nothing is resolved. Each performance is born from a direct confrontation with a specific site and the forces that run through it, historical, social, symbolic and human. Gesture emerges as a response to these tensions, never as illustration.

Between ground and air, the body exposes itself to the real risk of suspension. Aerial dance is not ornament, it is a condition of fragility and resistance. Remaining aloft demands listening, adaptation and trust, both in the space and in the body itself. Balance is never guaranteed, it is built moment by moment, just like the relationship with the city and with the present. The audience is invited to move, to follow, to choose where to position itself. This fluidity transforms the experience into a shared event, where observing is also a way of taking a stance.

ANOIS affirms the present as a field of tension, where resistance lies in being present, attentive and open to what unfolds. An ephemeral gesture that exists only in the moment it is lived, leaving a trace not as an answer, but as a question.
