A brief and intense passage, like those that define certain moments in life. A time lived with the awareness that it is not definitive. Merci d’être venu jusqu’ici emerges from this provisional condition, from the tension between where one stands and all that remains absent, yet active.

On stage, displaced memories and presences are summoned without nostalgia. Loved ones, distant or gone, continue to exist in gestures, silhouettes, suspended clothing and movements that persist. The relationship is built through hand-to-hand acrobatics, the duo’s central language, as a space of trust, support and shared risk. Supporting and being supported becomes a way of crossing time, distance and uncertainty.

Between fragility and contained joy, the piece opens a space of sharing where remembering is not about returning, but about moving forward. A simple and precise gesture that transforms departure into a place of presence, where what has been lived does not close, it continues to act.
