Old Hotel Paradiso has been ordered to close. The building is run down, but in it live people whose life stories fill the myths and memories of that place. The Bank wants the hotel to build a new space there, and the banker does everything to evict its occupants. However, to dispel the thought of having to leave the hotel, they come together to remember all the moments of joy and sadness they experienced there. United, with the strong support of the Hotel’s owner, they fight against the banker’s cowardice in a series of fun and challenging adventures…
The cast of six characters is made up of highly skilled acrobats, clowns and jugglers who are committed to telling us the story of that group of people who fight the myth of their existence and contemporary reality, struggling to save the hotel that it is, after all, the only and ultimate space where their memories reside.
The artists of LIT – Lost in Translation Circus present audiences with a colourful mix of daring circus skills, physical comedy and theatre, but also with an energetic musical score composed by renowned English composer and multi-instrumentalist Roger Eno.
Hotel Paradiso was designed to bring out emotions, feelings, sighs and the joy of drama among audiences of all ages.
