The Imaginarius Festival invites people of all ages to come together and build glowing creatures in the “Light Colony” workshop, led by the Hungarian collective AJSA Collective.
Five women from Hungary, working in textile art, costume/set design, and media design, will guide immersive experiences that blend reality with fantasy.
The “Light Colony” workshop is open to children, teens, adults, seniors, and entire families, working in groups of 15 participants. Each person can contribute as much time as they have available.
The luminous creatures created during the workshop are designed to function as both sculptures and lamps—but the real challenge is for each participant to let their imagination shine in every session.
These artistic creations will be exhibited in the gardens of the Municipal Library during the four days of the Imaginarius Festival, from 22 to 25 May.
